Shambrusky Music is the publishing company of singer/songwriter Sherelle Cary Smith. She owns this and the rights to the music she writes. Sherelle believes in creating her own musical destiny and so she formed Shambrusky Music. Her goal is build up her publishing company to the point of one day helping other Baby Boomer artists get fair and profitable distribution of their music as well.
Music is a universal language. No matter what style or genre, being original and making a good musical statement will make any artist stand out from the crowd. This is the mission statement and ultimate goal of Shambrusky Music. To have a musical library that is unique, original and of the highest quality. What has starting out as a dream and desire will one day become a major operation in the promotion of Boomer artists and their music. There is a paradigm shift happening with music and the way it is marketed. With so many talented and aspiring artists 40 and over, the time has come for them to find their place in the market. Shambrusky Music hopes to be poised and ready to see this musical paradigm shift take place.
Shambrusky Music operates in a manner that is a little unorthodox in that the goal is to see the artist stand on their own two feet and keep moving forward much like a mother letting her child walk for the first time. There is that kind of care and concern for the artist becoming truly "Independent" and autonomous. The music industry has changed and so artists have to change with it. Shambrusky Music believes in the "gift" of music and the desire of an artist to follow their heart so it is dedictated to helping Boomer artists achieve this goal. By taking a personal and caring stance with it's artists, Shambrusky Music will create an environment and support that results in those artists feeling confident and ready to move forward on their own. Personal success and confidence is what Shambrusky Music seeks to achieve with every artist on its roster.
